Having issues with one of our heaters? We are here to help.

Not heating up
(1) Check the breaker for the heater circuit – is it tripped?

(2) Ensure the unit is receiving power – check this at both the supply side of the controller and at the panel itself.

(3) If the unit is receiving power and at full voltage, remove the unit from power, wait for 30 minutes, then check the supply leads for resistance with a multimeter – if an open loop reading is obtained, the unit is in need of service. Please submit a request for warranty service.
