Instructions

  1. Please make sure you have followed our troubleshooting checks first
  2. Attach any related pictures when submitting (damage returns CANNOT be processed without pictures of damage)
  3. Print a copy of this form after completion for future use (a PDF link will be available once you submit).
  4. Once received, we will contact you for follow up and provide a return RMA # and shipping options.
  5. Send in your defective unit to the service center (either with a FedEx label purchased from us, or use shipper of your choice). Once received, our repair specialists will service your unit and return to you. Typical service turnaround is 2 business days.
